We congratulate EASO Obesity Management Task Force co-chairs Dr Dror Dicker and Dr Luca Busetto, on taking on the guest editorial role in the current edition of the European Journal of Internal Medicine, which offers a focus on Obesity. With the publication of 3 obesity related articles in the current issue, and a plan for 3 articles in each of the upcoming October and November issues, this puts obesity in the spotlight within the Internal Medicine community across Europe and globally.
