Dr Eleni Fotiadou received a B.Sc. in Nutrition in 1990, Dept of Nutrition, TEI of Thessaloniki, Greece, Final year project with title “Nutrition and Hypertension”. M.Sc. in Nutrition in 1992, King’s College London, University of London, UK, 3 months research project with title “Effect of administration of gamma-linolenic acid on the cardiovascular reactivity to stress stimuli in healthy individuals”. From 2003 to 2008 she has worked as a clinical dietitian in General Hospital Grevena, Grevena, Greece and from 2008 as a clinical dietitian at the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA, Thessaloniki, Greece. Member of the Nutrition Team in the Obesity Clinic of the First Propedeutic Department of Internal Medicine since 2012, Member of the Team of the Hypertension Outpatient Department of the First Propedeutic Department of Internal Medicine since September 2011. Teaching experience: 1993 – 2003, laboratory assistant in the Dept. of Nutrition, TEI of Thessaloniki, 6 papers in international journals, 1 paper in Greek journal, 25 conference papers and posters.
