EASO / KSSO Partnership announced

EASO is delighted to announce that we have developed a formal relationship with KSSO, the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity.

EASO President Professor Jason Halford was pleased to represent EASO at the International Congress of Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome, ICOMES2022 last September, which marked the 30th anniversary of the society; EASO will also be represented at ICOMES 2023 held in Seoul Korea 7-9 September.

KSSO hosts the Journal of Obesity & Metabolic Syndrome, which is available to access here: https://scholarworks.bwise.kr/gachon/journal/59841

On 18 May 2023 at the 30th annual European Congress on Obesity, representatives of the two organisations met and signed a memorandum of understanding, formalising the relationship.
