Join the ESPGHAN Allied Health Professionals Autumn School 2026

The European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) promotes the health of children with special attention to the gastrointestinal tract, liver and nutritional status. ESPGHAN is pleased to invite EASO colleagues to the Allied Health Professionals Autumn School, taking place from 8–11 October 2026 in Malmö, Sweden.

Focused on “Innovative and Emerging Clinical Practice for AHPs,” the Autumn School will bring together dietitians, nurses, speech and language therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals working in paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition.

The programme offers a valuable opportunity to explore the latest evidence, clinical guidance and practical approaches across a wide range of topics, including gut–brain interaction, IBS, complex motility disorders, ARFID, feeding difficulties, medical nutrition therapy, ethical aspects of nutritional care, and emerging food-based therapies.

Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss complex cases in an interactive learning environment, take part in workshops, and connect with colleagues working across multidisciplinary paediatric care.

The course will be delivered in English. No specific background is required.
