ESPEN–EASO Joint Webinar: Nutritional Risks of Obesity Management Medications

EASO and the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) invite colleagues to join a joint webinar exploring the nutritional challenges associated with the use of obesity management medications (OMMs).

As the use of OMMs expands, ensuring adequate nutrition, preserving muscle mass and supporting long-term health are increasingly important considerations in person-centred obesity management.

This expert-led webinar will examine malnutrition in people living with obesity, nutritional challenges associated with OMMs, and the benefits and limitations of body composition assessment in clinical practice.
The webinar will be moderated by María Ballesteros (ESPEN, Spain) and Andreea Ciudin (EASO, Spain), with presentations from:
