EASO COMs Summit 2025 in Paris, France

The EASO COMs Summit is the annual meeting of the EASO Collaborating Centres for Obesity Management (COMs), bringing together accredited adult and paediatric COMs teams, National Associations, and the EASO Obesity Management and Childhood Obesity Working Groups. It provides a forum to share best practice, strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration, support professional development, and align care with the latest evidence and EASO frameworks to improve outcomes for people living with obesity internationally.

Held in collaboration with AFERO and the French Consultation and Coordination Group of Specialised Obesity Centres (GCC CSO), this year’s event highlighted the continued growth and strategic importance of the COMs network, now comprising over 220 accredited multidisciplinary centres caring for more than 400,000 patients annually. In total, 38 COMs were represented across 29 countries. COMs having joined in the network were individually welcomed during the opening session.
