We are pleased to announce the next EASO COMs Summit will be held in collaboration with the German Obesity Society (DAG), alongside the DAG Obesity Congress 2026.

The annual COMs Summit convenes specialists from accredited, multidisciplinary obesity management centres across Europe and beyond, combining cross-disciplinary exchange with focused topic sessions and real-world clinical case discussions.
The Summit aims to:
- Share research, emerging evidence, and evolving practice across the COMs network
- Identify opportunities to strengthen obesity management research and service delivery
- Strengthen collaboration between accredited centres
- Support capacity building within multidisciplinary obesity care teams
- Enhance professional networking and structured knowledge exchange
- Improve outcomes and care experiences for people living with obesity
The DAG Obesity Congress will cover comprehensive pharmacological, behavioural and surgical obesity treatment strategies, current prevention approaches, and the translation of basic science into clinical practice. All sessions will be delivered with simultaneous German-English translation. COMs colleagues are encouraged to participate in the DAG Obesity Congress.
