EASO is pleased to share an invitation with our community to participate in TRANSFORM: Training Experts for Tomorrow. TRANSFORM is an educational training programme designed for early/mid-career medical specialists with a focus on obesity. The programme covers the different root causes, diagnostics and treatment of obesity, including rare melanocortin-4 receptor pathway diseases. This meeting will take place in The Netherlands on 15–17 March 2026.
The programme has been developed by Professor Erica van den Akker and Professor Luca Busetto, with the goal of providing an interactive environment for attendees to collaborate with scientific leaders and their peers in the field, whilst gaining the latest knowledge and skills relevant to their day-to-day practice.
To ensure all delegates benefit from the programme, participants will be required to develop a short case study based on one key topic from the following:
- Clinical evaluation
- Diagnostics
- Treatment

Please note, spaces for this event are limited, therefore delegates will be selected based on eligibility criteria. For your awareness, medical specialists who have a specific focus on obesity in their early careers will be prioritised.
