A public perception survey conducted in seven European countries by independent strategic insight agency Opinium, in collaboration with the European Association for the Study of Obesity (EASO) and with the support of Medtronic.

Findings in the United Kingdom
People in the UK were the least likely to underestimate their own weight among survey respondents. However, particularly men underestimate the dangers of obesity.
More than 2,000 adults in the UK took part in the survey, results are weighted to be nationally representative of age and gender.
