A new study, combining analysis from 2 French cohorts : 1 from Lyon (Drs Caussy and Disse) and 1 from Lille (Pr Pattou and Pr Jourdain)) has been published in The Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology. The new research provides additional evidence of the strong association between obesity and severe complications from COVID-19. This challenge highlights the crucial importance of obesity management and care.
