{"id":129110,"date":"2025-10-14T19:18:37","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/easo.org\/?p=129110"},"modified":"2025-10-15T14:30:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T13:30:32","slug":"stage-stay-healthy-through-ageing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/easo.org\/fr\/stage-stay-healthy-through-ageing\/","title":{"rendered":"STAGE \u2013 Rester en bonne sant\u00e9 tout au long du vieillissement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet STAGE, financ\u00e9 par l'UE, vise \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer l'importance et la faisabilit\u00e9 d'une approche fond\u00e9e sur le parcours de vie pour pr\u00e9venir le vieillissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, d\u00e9fini par l'accumulation de multimorbidit\u00e9 (deux ou plusieurs maladies chroniques). Nous int\u00e9grerons ces connaissances dans des solutions transf\u00e9rables centr\u00e9es sur la personne pour le diagnostic pr\u00e9coce et le d\u00e9pistage, le traitement et la prise en charge \u00e0 long terme de la multimorbidit\u00e9.
