{"id":129094,"date":"2025-10-14T19:15:33","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:15:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/easo.org\/?p=129094"},"modified":"2025-10-14T19:15:33","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:15:33","slug":"progress-highlights-from-prevent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/easo.org\/fr\/progress-highlights-from-prevent\/","title":{"rendered":"Faits marquants des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par PREVENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/preventproject.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projet PREVENT<\/a> est entr\u00e9e dans sa troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, marquant des progr\u00e8s constants vers son objectif de pr\u00e9vention de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 infantile et de r\u00e9duction du risque futur de cancer. Depuis son lancement, l'\u00e9quipe PREVENT a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification d'une liste d'indicateurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 \u2013 notamment des mesures somatom\u00e9triques, des caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, des comorbidit\u00e9s, les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux familiaux et individuels, ainsi que des indices psychologiques \u2013 qui contribuent \u00e0 l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et au surpoids chez les enfants et augmentent le risque de cancer \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge adulte, sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de recherches cliniques fond\u00e9es sur des preuves.<\/li>\n<li>Fourniture d'un ensemble d'indicateurs qualitatifs et quantitatifs pour \u00e9valuer les nouvelles interventions primaires PREVENT et les politiques d'engagement. Ces indicateurs couvrent l'\u00e9valuation \u00e9conomique, la validation sociale, l'acceptabilit\u00e9 par les utilisateurs, les facteurs de durabilit\u00e9 et la compatibilit\u00e9 avec les programmes politiques existants.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9alisation d'une analyse \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 infantile et juv\u00e9nile \u00e0 travers l'Europe et dans les trois pays participant au projet PREVENT. Cette analyse a permis de mieux comprendre la r\u00e9partition selon le sexe, les facteurs \u00e9conomiques, les caract\u00e9ristiques sociales, les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales et les structures de sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Conception de nouvelles interventions PREVENT, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque pays de d\u00e9monstration (Catalogne-Espagne, Gr\u00e8ce et <a href=\"https:\/\/preventproject.eu\/fresh-fruits-fresh-habits-sweden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Su\u00e8de<\/a>), et les avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les outils num\u00e9riques de PREVENT afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des utilisateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une phase pr\u00e9liminaire r\u00e9ussie dans le cadre d'une co-cr\u00e9ation, l'\u00e9quipe finalise actuellement des politiques d'intervention multi-acteurs et adapt\u00e9es au contexte.
