Le projet BETTER4U a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s substantiels vers son objectif de d\u00e9veloppement de strat\u00e9gies personnalis\u00e9es pour la pr\u00e9vention et le traitement de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration de facteurs biologiques, g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, socio-\u00e9conomiques et psychologiques. Dans le cadre des travaux scientifiques, une \u00e9tude d'association pang\u00e9nomique (GWAS) sur l'IMC de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e, tandis que les analyses sur l'\u00e9volution du poids et de l'IMC se poursuivent, parall\u00e8lement aux pr\u00e9paratifs pour des \u00e9tudes d'association ph\u00e9notypique (PheWAS). Des pipelines de donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour soutenir la formation f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9e de mod\u00e8les d'IA. Sur le plan ph\u00e9notypique, des revues syst\u00e9matiques sur la communication des risques g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques et les strat\u00e9gies de changement de comportement psychosocial ont \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9es, un code commun pour l'harmonisation des ensembles de donn\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 et des m\u00e9ta-analyses de l'IMC en relation avec le mode de vie et les d\u00e9terminants socio-\u00e9conomiques sont en cours, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par des travaux \u00e0 venir sur la m\u00e9tabolomique et l'\u00e9laboration d'un score de risque li\u00e9 au mode de vie. En parall\u00e8le, des mod\u00e8les causaux bas\u00e9s sur l'IA sont en cours de conception afin d'int\u00e9grer les donn\u00e9es issues des domaines g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, biologique, psychosocial et du mode de vie, et des approches d'apprentissage f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9 sont actuellement en pr\u00e9paration. Une \u00e9tude pilote est \u00e9galement en cours sur sept sites europ\u00e9ens afin de tester des outils de surveillance avant l'essai contr\u00f4l\u00e9 randomis\u00e9 (ECR) sur les interventions personnalis\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de perte de poids. Les activit\u00e9s transversales ont mis l'accent sur l'harmonisation des calendriers, la collaboration interdisciplinaire et la conception de strat\u00e9gies d'ECR, en accordant une attention particuli\u00e8re aux populations vuln\u00e9rables, favorisant ainsi l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans les interventions contre l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
