Avec plus de 200 participants venus de toute l'Europe, cette r\u00e9union a constitu\u00e9 une plateforme pr\u00e9cieuse pour les \u00e9changes scientifiques, le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et le r\u00e9seautage.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme comprenait des contributions d'experts de renom, notamment les professeurs Constantine Stratakis, Sadaf Farooqi, Roberto Vettor et Guillaume Assi\u00e8. Outre les s\u00e9ances pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res, les participants ont pu profiter de discussions interactives et d'occasions de r\u00e9seautage informel, qui ont favoris\u00e9 l'\u00e9change de connaissances et de conseils sur l'\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re et le d\u00e9veloppement de la recherche.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau EASO Early Career Network (ECN) a \u00e9t\u00e9 ravi de contribuer \u00e0 cette initiative. Georgia Colleluori, membre du conseil d'administration de l'ECN, a apport\u00e9 son soutien \u00e0 l'organisation et au d\u00e9roulement de la r\u00e9union, et le fonds de d\u00e9veloppement de l'ECN a offert son aide aux membres \u00e9ligibles pour leur permettre d'y participer.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau ECN de l'EASO remercie le groupe des jeunes endocrinologues et scientifiques de l'ESE pour cette collaboration. Le r\u00e9seau reconna\u00eet l'importance pour les professionnels en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re de travailler ensemble dans diff\u00e9rentes disciplines et domaines de recherche afin de faire progresser les connaissances et de d\u00e9velopper les recherches futures.
