Elle a obtenu son doctorat en psychologie \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Liverpool en 2024, qu'elle a men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien tout en occupant le poste d'enseignante universitaire doctorante.<\/p>\n<p>Sa th\u00e8se de doctorat portait sur l'ampleur et la nature du marketing alimentaire num\u00e9rique via les plateformes de diffusion en direct de jeux vid\u00e9o et son impact sur le comportement alimentaire et la sant\u00e9 des jeunes. Ses recherches portent principalement sur la sant\u00e9 publique, en particulier les facteurs environnementaux qui influencent le comportement alimentaire. Depuis l'obtention de son doctorat, Rebecca a poursuivi ses recherches sur les effets du marketing alimentaire sur divers aspects de l'alimentation et a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les approches politiques en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique, telles que l'\u00e9tiquetage nutritionnel, afin de promouvoir une alimentation plus saine. Rebecca a re\u00e7u le prix de la Nutrition Society et le prix de la meilleure th\u00e8se de l'EASO ECN pour ses recherches. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour prononcer le discours du British Science Festival Social Sciences Award en reconnaissance de ses contributions \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l'engagement public.<\/p>\n<p>Rebecca collabore avec plusieurs r\u00e9seaux, notamment les r\u00e9seaux Marketing et Early Career Networks de l'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9, ainsi que le Digital Foodscapes Network.
