Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En moyenne, les participants ont perdu 23,11 TP3T de leur poids corporel \u00e0 leur point le plus bas (nadir), avec une reprise de poids moyenne de seulement 3,71 TP3T apr\u00e8s trois ans.<\/li>\n<li>Environ 701 participants ont repris 51 kg ou moins par rapport \u00e0 leur poids le plus bas.<\/li>\n<li>Moins de 10% ont repris plus de 10% de poids.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que le tirzepatide favorise une perte de poids relativement stable sur une longue p\u00e9riode, ce qui est important \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la reprise de poids est un d\u00e9fi courant dans la prise en charge de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Mod\u00e8les de perte de poids identifi\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tude, dirig\u00e9e par le Dr Luca Busetto (Universit\u00e9 de Padoue), a examin\u00e9 comment les personnes r\u00e9agissent diff\u00e9remment au tirzepatide sur une p\u00e9riode de trois ans. L'\u00e9quipe a identifi\u00e9 trois sch\u00e9mas distincts de perte de poids :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0R\u00e9pondeurs r\u00e9guliers ayant perdu environ 10% de poids corporel.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9pondeurs mod\u00e9r\u00e9s qui ont perdu environ 20%.<\/li>\n<li>Les personnes ayant r\u00e9pondu fortement qui ont perdu environ 30% et ont atteint leur plateau de perte de poids plus tard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les femmes et les personnes ne souffrant pas de troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de faire partie du groupe ayant obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.
