En outre, les personnes ob\u00e8ses et atteintes d'un cancer peuvent \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper des carences en micronutriments qui peuvent rendre l'organisme plus vuln\u00e9rable aux effets secondaires de la chimioth\u00e9rapie.
