Sur plus de 64 000 \u00e9tudes examin\u00e9es, 247 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incluses dans l'EGM. La plupart des \u00e9tudes (210 ; 85%) portaient sur des interventions de soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, telles que les soins p\u00e9riop\u00e9ratoires et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration chirurgicale. Cependant, peu d'entre elles traitaient des soins holistiques centr\u00e9s sur le patient. Il existait peu de donn\u00e9es probantes sur les interventions sp\u00e9cifiques ax\u00e9es sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des d\u00e9placements et la manipulation des patients atteints d'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8re (26 ; 12,4%), les outils d'\u00e9valuation (22 ; 8,9%) et la mobilit\u00e9 des patients (5 ; 2%).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les patients souffrant d'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8re admis \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital ont des r\u00e9sultats de sant\u00e9 moins bons que les patients non ob\u00e8ses, cet EGM peut servir de base \u00e0 la coordination et \u00e0 la prestation des services n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cette population.
