Susanna Lehtinen-Jacks, MD, PhD, is a University Lecturer in Epidemiology at the School of Health Sciences, University of Tampere, Tampere, Finland. Her main research interests are the role of prenatal and early childhood factors in the development of later obesity, and prevention of childhood obesity. In 2007-2013, she served as a board member of the Finnish Association for the Study of Obesity; the last year as the president. Since 2013, she is a member of the Prevention and Public Health Task Force (PPHTF) of EASO, and a liaison of the PPHTF in the COTF.
