11 October – World Obesity Day

In addition to the Lancet study published today which included research from Jen Baker, EASO executive team and COTF member, EASO president-elect Nathalie Fourpour Lambert was interviewed by colleagues at the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) on the complexity inherent in rising obesity prevalence and the impact of higher obesity rates on co-morbidities, especially diabetes.
